Christy, Owen and baby Lincoln Testimonial
I would recommend any expecting mums and dads to do HypnoBirthing - The Mongan Method classes with Charlotte. The program can really help mums and dads become informed about their birthing choices and prepare them to have a calm and empowered birth. The relaxation techniques taught by Charlotte can really help to have a calm relaxed pregnancy not just the birth, while bonding with your partner. Adjusting to parenthood is a major change and Charlotte can help with providing postnatal support and education as well, when you really need it!!

Cat and Ian Testimonial
Meeting Charlotte and learning about HypnoBirthing - The Mongan Method had changed my whole perspective regarding pregnancy and birth. As soon as I found out I was pregnant (first time!) fear and uncertainty set in. I just assumed I'd go to hospital and they'd do everything. My coping mechanism was pretty much denial and that I'd deal with it when it happened! Alas, I kept thinking about it and the fear turned into anxiety which led me down a google search and discovering HypnoBirthing. I now no longer have fear or anxiety and feel totally confident in my bodies natural ability to birth my baby! Charlotte has been amazing and has gone above and beyond to help me not only with HypnoBirthing techniques but also understanding medical concerns etc. It's so awesome that she's a practicing midwife too! She's always so supportive and happy to be phoned about any concerns. I'm due in April and can't wait to birth and meet my first baby :)
Cat - Looking forward to a beautiful calm birth with First Baby in April
I can't recommend Charlotte's course enough. She was super informative and really helped me be the best support for my wife. The course made us both excited for the birth and helped my wife have a beautiful relaxing birth.
Baby Olivia's Birth Story
We had baby Olivia at the end of January, and we're so in love with her.
Her labour day went (almost) exactly as planned. I started getting surges at 4am and just breathed through them as they got more intense. I even managed to have a nap, listen to some music, watch a comedy (yay endorphins) and have a bath. She, did, however, turn posterior while I was having the bath because I started having really bad lower back discomfort.
Despite this addition, I had my drug-free birth! I used a tennis ball and TENS machine for my back. When it got too intense at home in the evening, we headed to hospital and everything happened really quickly. I had sterile water injections (hurt a bit going in but helped so much), my water broke as I was on the toilet and a quick exam showed that I was fully dilated. We got to meet our drug-free, alert baby 30 minutes later! She didn't even cry when she was born.
Even though the lower back discomfort was really, really painful, it was actually a blessing in disguise as it got us to leave for the hospital when we did. My surges didn't quite intensify and quicken like they normally do so we kept getting told to stay at home. And we were happy to do so as I was just breathing through my contractions...
Thanks so much for helping us have such a positive and amazing birth. It was even better than either of us could have imagined. It really helped Dan prepare for the birth and stay calm throughout it. There were so many times that his calmness helped me and I couldn't have done in without him.

Charlotte helped me achieve an even better birth than I could have imagine. Birthing seemed scary so I'd always imagined having an elective c-section. After meeting Charlotte for the first time, I was surprised by how quickly she'd put my fears to rest. She is funny, patience, understanding and very easy to talk to. I was actually excited when my contractions began (would have been terrified previously) and welcomed my baby into the world, drug-free. I couldn't recommend Charlotte and the Hypnobirthing course more!
